Privacy Policy

YoraMonet follows privacy-by-design, data-minimization and policy-compliance principles when supporting WebView API integration, ad value optimization, traffic quality review and partner operations.

Last updated: June 18, 2026

1. Scope And Roles

This Privacy Policy explains how Yora Monetization Platform ("YoraMonet", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our website, business communications, integration review, platform services, WebView API support, ad value optimization, reporting and risk-control operations.

YoraMonet generally acts as a service provider or processor for integration and optimization services requested by app publishers or business customers. Customers remain responsible for their own apps, end-user notices, consent flows, privacy policies, app store declarations, advertising partner relationships and legal bases for processing.

2. Information We May Process

Depending on the service scope and integration stage, we may process business contact information, company profile, app name, app package or bundle identifier, app category, target markets, integration status, SDK or WebView configuration, technical diagnostics, API status, callback status, error codes, consent status, ad placement metadata, ad configuration metadata, performance metrics, traffic quality signals, fraud-prevention indicators, compliance review records, support messages and operational logs.

We may also process aggregated or de-identified reporting data such as active device counts, market-level performance, ad value trends, request status, fill indicators, latency, crash or error summaries, policy-review status and traffic-quality summaries.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

YoraMonet is designed not to read end-user files, browsing history, contacts, photos, precise private content inside customer apps, private messages, account passwords, payment card numbers or unrelated sensitive device data. We also avoid requesting permissions that are not necessary for the agreed integration scope.

Customers must not use YoraMonet to collect personal content, bypass platform restrictions, access unauthorized data, mislead users or create hidden tracking flows.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to evaluate potential partnerships, review app eligibility, support SDK or WebView integration, validate Google WebView API behavior, optimize ad value signals, provide dashboards and reporting, troubleshoot technical issues, improve reliability, detect fraud, review traffic quality, enforce acceptable-use requirements, protect platform integrity and communicate with customers.

We may use aggregated and de-identified information to understand service performance, improve product features, develop operational benchmarks and communicate non-identifying insights to partners.

5. WebView API And Advertising Operations

When supporting Google WebView API integration and ad value optimization, we focus on technical behavior, page opening mode, callback status, error handling, consent state, performance signals, ad placement metadata, frequency-control configuration and review-friendly setup. These checks are intended to improve stability, compliance readiness and advertising operations, not to access personal content.

6. Legal Basis, Notice And Consent

Customers are responsible for presenting required notices, obtaining user consent where required, honoring opt-out or withdrawal signals, maintaining accurate privacy disclosures and ensuring their data practices comply with applicable privacy laws, app store rules, Google Play policies and advertising platform requirements. YoraMonet supports privacy-aware configuration and review workflows, but does not replace customer legal obligations.

7. Sharing And Service Providers

We may share information with service providers, infrastructure vendors, analytics and security vendors, professional advisors, advertising or measurement partners, and compliance or fraud-prevention partners where reasonably necessary to provide, secure, analyze or improve the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, platform policy investigation or to protect YoraMonet, customers, advertisers, users or partners from harm.

8. Compliance Review And Restricted Use Cases

We may review app category, user flow, traffic source, privacy disclosures, advertising experience, WebView behavior, permissions, account status and related compliance materials before or during service use. YoraMonet does not support reward-for-cash products, gambling, adult content, illegal financial products, deceptive or impersonating products, malware, forced downloads, unauthorized data collection, policy circumvention, fake traffic, click fraud, device farms or other activities that violate law, app store rules or advertising platform policies.

9. Platform, Account And Monetization Risk

Customer apps and advertising accounts may be affected by app store policies, Google Play policies, ad network rules, privacy laws, user complaints, traffic-quality review, advertiser demand and platform enforcement. Non-compliance or suspicious traffic may lead to app removal, feature disablement, account restriction, payment hold, settlement delay, clawback, suspension or termination of the integration.

10. International Transfers

YoraMonet may process information in countries or regions where we, our service providers or partners operate. Where required, customers and YoraMonet should use appropriate contractual, organizational or technical safeguards for cross-border processing.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect integration information, operational logs, compliance review records and communication records. Safeguards may include access controls, secure transmission, environment separation, monitoring, internal review and vendor management. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we continuously review risk and access controls.

12. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for business communication, service delivery, security, compliance review, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, legal and legitimate operational purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, contract status, legal requirements, investigation needs and platform-policy review.

13. End-User And Customer Requests

End users should generally contact the app publisher or customer that provides the app, because the customer controls the user relationship and required notices. Customers may contact YoraMonet for support with reasonable access, deletion, correction, objection or restriction requests where YoraMonet processes information on their behalf and where such requests are technically and legally feasible.

14. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, compliance requirements, technologies or business practices evolve. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
