1. Scope Of Services
YoraMonet provides a monetization platform focused on compliant WebView API integration, ad value optimization, operational visibility, review-friendly configuration, reporting, traffic quality review and partner support. Specific commercial terms, technical scope, data processing terms, service levels and settlement arrangements may be governed by separate written agreements.
2. Eligibility And Lawful Use
You may use YoraMonet only for lawful business purposes and only for apps, websites, traffic sources and advertising activities that comply with applicable laws, app store rules, Google Play policies, advertising platform policies, privacy requirements and industry standards. You must have authority to represent the business, app, platform account or advertising account submitted for review.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their app content, product category, user notices, consent flows, privacy policy, permission declarations, data practices, traffic sources, ad placements, user experience, platform account standing, advertising partners, tax and payment information, and compliance with applicable laws, app store rules, Google Play policies and advertising platform policies.
Customers must provide accurate integration, compliance and business information, promptly update YoraMonet about material changes, and ensure that their use of YoraMonet does not mislead users, advertisers, platforms or regulators.
4. Integration Review And Approval
YoraMonet may review business identity, app category, app store listing, integration method, WebView behavior, ad experience, permissions, privacy disclosures, consent flow, traffic sources, traffic quality, advertising account status and other relevant materials before or during service availability. We may request additional information, decline onboarding, limit access, require remediation or suspend integrations that create legal, policy, security, account, settlement, reputational or user-experience risk.
5. Prohibited Products And Content
You must not use YoraMonet for reward-for-cash or "make money" apps, gambling, casinos, betting, adult or pornographic content, illegal financial products, loan-shark or high-risk lending products, counterfeit goods, deceptive subscriptions, impersonation, malware, spyware, forced downloads, unauthorized data collection, policy circumvention, illegal content, hate or violent extremist content, or any product prohibited by applicable law, app store rules or advertising platform policies.
6. Prohibited Traffic And Fraud
Customers must provide genuine user traffic and must not generate, purchase, disguise, broker or encourage invalid traffic, automated activity, fake installs, fake users, click fraud, impression fraud, hidden ads, forced clicks, device farms, bot traffic, incentivized misrepresentation, misleading rewards, traffic laundering, abnormal VPN/proxy manipulation or any traffic that violates advertising network policies. Suspected fraud may result in investigation, reporting, traffic filtering, settlement adjustment, clawback, suspension or termination.
7. Privacy, Consent And Data Compliance
Customers must maintain accurate privacy notices, obtain valid consent where required, honor opt-out and withdrawal signals, make required app store declarations, and ensure that all data collection and advertising activities have an appropriate legal basis. YoraMonet may provide privacy-aware configuration support, but customers remain responsible for their own legal compliance and end-user relationship.
8. WebView, SDK And Technical Requirements
Customers must integrate YoraMonet according to approved documentation and guidance. Customers must not modify, reverse engineer, tamper with, obscure, misuse or bypass the SDK, WebView/API behavior, reporting, frequency control, consent logic, security controls or traffic-quality checks. Customers must perform reasonable pre-launch testing and promptly address integration errors, crashes, policy review issues or user complaints.
9. Reporting, Optimization And No Guaranteed Outcome
Ad value optimization depends on product category, market, traffic quality, user consent, network conditions, advertiser demand, ad configuration, platform review, customer implementation and policy changes. YoraMonet may provide dashboards, estimates, recommendations or operational insights, but does not guarantee any specific revenue result, eCPM, fill rate, user retention, app store approval, advertising account approval, settlement amount, policy outcome or uninterrupted availability.
10. Platform, Account And Monetization Risk
Use of WebView, advertising technology and monetization services is subject to app store rules, Google Play policies, ad network rules, privacy laws, user complaints, advertiser review and platform enforcement. Violations, suspicious traffic, misleading ads or insufficient disclosures may result in app removal, feature disablement, restricted advertising accounts, payment holds, settlement delays, deductions, refunds, clawbacks, suspension or termination. Customers remain responsible for their own app store accounts, advertising accounts and monetization relationships.
11. Payments, Settlement And Adjustments
Any payment or settlement terms must be agreed separately in writing. Settlement may be subject to advertiser payment, platform deductions, invalid traffic review, refunds, taxes, minimum payment thresholds, payment method verification and compliance checks. YoraMonet may withhold, adjust, offset or claw back amounts related to invalid traffic, policy violations, chargebacks, advertiser non-payment, fraud, account risk or contractual non-compliance.
12. Suspension And Termination
YoraMonet may reject onboarding, pause traffic, limit features, disable access, withhold service access, suspend reporting, stop settlement review or terminate cooperation if we identify prohibited content, policy violations, suspicious traffic, missing compliance materials, security concerns, platform enforcement risk, non-payment, misrepresentation or conduct that may expose YoraMonet, partners, advertisers, users or platforms to risk.
13. Confidentiality
Non-public business, technical, pricing, reporting, traffic-quality, fraud-review, integration and partner information shared between the parties should be treated as confidential unless it becomes public through no fault of the receiving party or disclosure is required by law, platform investigation, professional advisors or written agreement.
14. Intellectual Property
YoraMonet and related materials, branding, software, SDKs, documentation, platform designs, dashboards, reports and know-how are owned by YoraMonet or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly agreed in writing. Customers may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from YoraMonet materials except as permitted by written agreement.
15. Third-Party Platforms
YoraMonet may interoperate with app stores, Google services, advertising networks, measurement providers, cloud vendors or other third-party platforms. YoraMonet does not control third-party policies, availability, review decisions, enforcement actions, advertiser demand, payment timing or account restrictions.
16. Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoraMonet services, website content, estimates, recommendations and reports are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YoraMonet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, app removal, account restriction, platform enforcement, advertiser non-payment or data loss arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law or separate written agreement.
17. Changes To Services Or Terms
We may update these terms, product features, compliance requirements, review standards or service availability as our services, platform policies, legal requirements or business needs evolve. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
